About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to travel around europe (and not fail uni ...)
ABOUT ME
Hi my name is Ruyi and i'm from Australia. I'm currently on exchange in Oslo for 1 semester, studying medicine. I like lots of things ... travelling, reading, cooking, shopping, good music ... and i'll generally try anything at least once. i'd like to think that i'm a nice, relatively funny person, i'm neat, considerate, and if you let me stay at your place, or if you come stay at mine, i'll cook you dinner :)
PHILOSOPHY
the world's a strange place and i probably make it stranger still ... i guess just to enjoy life and try to live it with no regrets
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Being in oslo on exchange and this being my first time to europe, i would like to see as much as i can, well, as time and money will allow! I live at college so there's usually a couple of couches to spare, and i'd really appreciate it if you'd let me stay at your place!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
let's limit this to this year so far, not really amazing but things i consider amusing ... i've slept in airports, slept at train stations, hugged a giant penis (in amsterdam of course), let my mother see the picture of me hugging the giant penis, started uni on australia day :(, watched women give birth, didn't slip and fall down ever during winter in oslo!
Teach, Learn, Share
not quite sure what sort of skills you would like to learn ... on the off chance that you happen to have medical equipment i guess i could teach you how to suture or put in IV drips ... i play violin so if you own a violin but can't play ... cooking is something i think i'm all right at, perhaps a couple of new card games
