About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My mission is to experience life - to really embrace it and do what ever I damn well please!
ABOUT ME
In life I have overcome countless obstacles, worked toward better ideals and learned what many take a lifetime to gather. . and I am still learning! I'm proud of myself for making it all happen and for being the woman that I want to be. I love and respect my family very much and owe them as much credit to my success as I am due.
PHILOSOPHY
I believe that everything I have done has made me into the woman that I am today. I am thrilled to be able to be active, alive and a participant in life. I believe that you must enjoy - dare I say love - the work that you do for pay. It just makes life that much more fulfilling. I believe in working in the community in which you live - it's all about giving back! I believe that if life is really kicking you when your down then you can do anything for 3 months!

Music, Movies, and Books
All kinds of books. I love to read. Some of the latest I have read - A Bend in the River by V.S Naipaul. Animal Dreams by Barbara Kingsolver. Pride and Prejudice (always a good read) Jane Austen. I think I'd be here forever listing books and movies.. I love movie lines and repeat them in the appropriate life situations. Music... all kinds, honestly. Well save heavy metal. I was raised by 90's R&B and Rap and it is still a favorite of mine. I also enjoy Reggae, reminds me of the island!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I joined the Peace Corps. I left home - all of my comforts to live in a foreign land. I've learned what it means to be lonely and how to fill that loneliness with my own company. I've learned that I am mistress of my life and no matter what I want to do I can do!
Teach, Learn, Share
I want to learn something unique about each country I visit. I love communities so I can't wait to really become part of the communities that I visit. I make pretty good tortillas... and a killer pot of pintos!
Countries I’ve Visited
Dominica, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Saint Lucia
Countries I’ve Lived In
Saint Kitts and Nevis, United States
