Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to make the world a better place one couch at a time
ABOUT ME
I was made in Florida with parts from Puerto Rico. I’m an anthropologist by training, a wanderer by passion, and an oversized inner child in practice. I'm pretty laid back except when I'm typing then I'm more at an acute angle.
PHILOSOPHY
Two fo my favorite quotes kind of sum it up pretty well:
"Seamos realistas y hagamos lo imposible, (let's be realistic and do the impossible)" ~ Ernesto "Che" Guevara
"He thought every windmill was a giant, that's insane. But thinking they might be . . . Well, all the best minds used to think the world was flat. But what if it isn't? It might be round. And bread mold might be medicine. If we never looked at things and thought what they might be, why, we'd all still be out there in the tall grass with the apes." ~ George C. Scott in "They Might Be Giant"
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm open to hosting and definitely appreciate any opportunities to surf. Sometimes my busy schedule doesn't let me participate as much as I would like, lets say in CS meetings and such but I certainly support the community any way I can!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've both hosted and surfed through CS and both have been great experiences. I love meeting new people and exchanging stories and perspectives, preferrably over a drink ;)
