Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really don't know. I've never been accepted by a host, but I accept 90 percent of my requests, 1 in 10 actually show up. It kind of makes me think the worst of people. I do like meeting new people and as a bit of a vagabond, the idea of transient friendships. Friends come and go, but if you meet some decent folk along the way, then it makes up for all the rubbish ones you'll have to deal with in life.
