ABOUT ME

I'm a calm and quiet type of person who likes to enjoy the smallest details of life. I enjoy cooking Italian, Japanese, Indonesian and Dutch and I am discovering the delicasies of the vegetarian and vegan world (not that I'm any kind of a veg(etari)an myself). I can indulge myself in everything medical. My goal is to become an MD/PhD before my 26th and a pathologist by my 30th. I may not
be the "partying until I drop"-kind of guy and neither is my girlfriend, but we thoroughly enjoy parties where there is good food and kind people involved.

PHILOSOPHY

To WANT to change only one person's life for the better, is the ultimate goal in life, since reaching this goal is never enough!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Great ones, but they have been a while ago. My trip to Japan and staying at several different hosts was unforgettable, for a large part due to my couchsurfing experience.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hosted an amazing conference with a great team, the 4th European MD/PhD Conference 2015 (eumdphd.com). It was a blast to meet so many people, friends and new faces, and to discuss science and medicine with them, among many other things.
