Overview
About Me
Grew up in the slopes of the northern range of the Andes in Manizales Colombia, where the natural scene, on one side of snow caped nevados and deep blue mountains, and on the other multi-colored sunsets over the river valleys, were and early invitation to dream and late in life explore near and distant geographic settings dressed with all the varied enchantment of nature's landscapes. Early in life moved to the United States where I formed a family with wife Clarita and step-son Diego and later welcomed to the world two beautiful and loving twin Daughters Paula Andrea an Heidi Anne. As family and business responsibilities set in place, many of those early desires to travel the world took a place in the back burner; however since 2016 I have embarked on a yearly two month sabbatical to enjoy free spirited travel both domestic and international.

The kindness of hosting and humbling stories of travel ameliorate the non uncommon hardships encountered while traveling; and why not to be honest, it helps a great deal to experience the world on a budget.
