Hi! I am from the beautiful Netherlands, a country most people will only know for cheese, mills and suuuper many bycicles. Well, I hope to be able to tell you some more stories about my hometown so that maybe, one day, you'll want to visit the Netherlands yourself!
I'm a huge sports fan, both doing it myself and watching it on the tv. I have played field hockey since I was 7 years old, but I also like many other sports. Also, I like to play the piano and I love to see beautiful nature. And although the Netherlands is more beautiful than most people think, I would like to see so much more nice places on earth in my life!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This summer I'll be discovering Europe through an Interrail journey. I haven't seen very much of the world yet, and I'm very excited to see all the nicest places in Europe. I think it would be much better to do this whilst meeting locals with Couchsurfing, so that they can tell me about the places I absolutely have to see in their city.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all kinds of music. This year I'll be going to Pinkpop, which is a Dutch music festival with lots of great artists like the Foo Fighters, Bruno Mars and much more! As for tv-shows, I'm a big fan of Game of Thrones, and I also do still like the Harry Potter books and films! ;)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I hope to be able to share some stories about myself and the places I've seen in my life. Also, I think it would be very nice to make some Dutch meals for my future hosts!
