I am turning 27 in early March and as a gift to myself I just quit my job and am planning on traveling through Thailand and countries around for a couple of months. I plan on arriving in Bangkok Thailand on March 17 without really having a plan of where I'm going to go fro there. Suggestions are more then welcome. I am trying to do it as simple as possible. I just became a American citizen after living in the U.S for almost 20 years. I am a very simple person that enjoys the simple things in life; food, family, friends, the sun, health and most importantly the company of other people. I'd like to consider myself a funny person that sees the funny side of any situation, good or bad. I like to joke a lot and love trying to make people smile and laugh because there are way to many people in this world that look at life to seriously and don't live in the present. I'm also a very positive person that believe you get out of this world what you put in. Treat people the way you should be treated. Spread love and happiness as much as possible because you never know when a person could use it. I am very outgoing and blunt. I like to speak my mind and am very opinionated that way I know I'm being 100% honest all the time. I love to learn new things about different cultures and customs. Food is one of my favorite things in this world and as my mom always said, "its the only thing that would get me to stop talking for short periods of time". I'm a very selfless person that puts others before myself. I like genuine people who have strong personalities and aren't afraid to speak their minds.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couch surfing because I'd like to meet new people who have and share the same interests/personality as me who are looking to share life experiences and stories. Also, I really like the idea of couch surfing because its gives people the opportunity meet new people from all over the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all different types of music from all different genres. I can do country but not for to long because I think it all sounds exactly the same. I like music with a beat that can get me moving. I'm a big movie buff who watches a lot of them. Some of my favorites are Longest Yard, Bad Boys 1&2, Titanic, Hall Pass, The Ringer Etc. As for books, I'm not a big reader as I usually get to bored and disinterested in what I'm readying enough to keep reading.
