ABOUT ME

Well, always a difficult one to answer. Sometimes I'm hectic, sometime I like to be still. I'm a scientist, which to me means being a watcher of patterns and phases emerging and changing. I love to be in control, to dictate and to relinquish. Every cloud has a silver lining, and nothing is better than focussing on it. Every challenge a lesson, that we determine entirely subjectively. But also...life is no fun without exceptions.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Experience-mostly unofficial couchsurfing. Through this site I have mostly been a host in my caravan in Wales rather than a surfer...maybe it's time to alter that balance.

Interests

I like being busy, I like being lazy. The balance here comes from doing loads of exercise to properly appreciate doing still things. I enjoy adventures, although not so much planning them, because they never turn out as imagined and the real version is usually quite a bit more interesting.
