Overview
About Me
Hello! I am a backpacker and student. I love to travel, learn, and expand my awareness of world, while getting to know my global family/community. I am passionate about social justice, environmental justice and outdoor adventure.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on couch surfing to meet amazing people that care about global interconnectedness, travel, comradery, culture, language , and rich experiences. To travel to all corners of the world and have a real experience wherever I go, guided by knowledgable locals who can provide unique insights about the world. Also, to welcome fellow travelers into my neck of the woods and offer them a positive experience in what they can consider a home away from home.
Interests
I love outdoor exploration in all mediums of nature: hiking, swimming, skiing/snowboarding. I practice yoga and aerial acrobatics in my free time. Tea is a long lasting obsession of mine, along with mediation. I love to cook and go out equally as long as I'm nourishing myself.
More formally, through school, I am interested in organizational communication, environmental ethics and policy, and Spanish.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm a fan of jam bands and funky acoustic artists. Amongst other tunes, I enjoy psybient electronic music, reggae, folk, EDM, indie and rock. I also have an ever increasing interest in poetry of all kinds.
When it comes to movies, Wes Anderson has my heart. Although, I like most classics, documentaries, and philosophical films.
As for books, the 6th extinction, women who run with the wolves, the untethered soul, tracing the moon, as well as a handful of different memoirs are notable to me.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Instruct and perform aerial silks for nearly 10 years.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have an odd collection of knowledge to share and expand, regarding mental and physical health, wildlife, spirituality, technology, communication, science, civilizations... You name it and I can speak to it.
