ABOUT ME

I (Rossella) am a costume designer, and Jeff is a touring audio engineer. We love traveling, and would love to see the world together. We like to try new things, however, I wouldn't be described as adventurous.

A bit about me, I like planning my future or just in general. One of my favorite procrastination hobbies is, I love planning trips I would love to go on, but can't afford to go.

I played violin for 13 years. Jeff used to be a full time musician and plays bass, guitar and drums.

I love languages! Jeff has picked up on some Italian.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have introduced Jeff to couchsurfing. We have yet to have our first surf/host experience together. I have hosted and surfed previously.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Rossella's Experiences
First began with meeting a fellow couchsurfer for coffee and so far:

Mattia- Selvanzzano Dentro (PD), Italy (for that one month of constant work)
Pauline and Leo- Avignon, France (got me out of my hotel reservation)
Claire and Stephané- Avignon, France (were wonderful cooks)
Alberto- Madrid, Spain (fantastic nightlife tour)

I've also attended CS gatherings and its been loads of fun.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveled to Europe alone, and spent 1.5 days getting from Modena, Italy to Avignon, France and 18 hours and 6 trains to get from Avignon to Bolzano, Italy.... it was a tiring adventure.

I also have learned how to make wigs.

Teach, Learn, Share

I don't cook often, but I do know how to make some classic pancakes and a really good pesto.

I would love to learn some more simple recipes I could take home from my travels and recreate in my own kitchen.

And I always have good stories to share.
