Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Host for meeting and getting to know Ubud, Bali where I have lived since 2010 and have a good knowledge of the town and the social scene and Bali in general. Used to own a coffee shop here (since sold), run music nights and art projects. Have a sofa in my house for potential limited stay couchsurfing...
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Never surfed and couched, but have met people via couch surfing and been a popular host in Bali.
Plan to try surfing on a couch sometime when I get traveling again.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
1. Tokyo. grew up believing i would be blown away by Tokyo/ and Japan. Result? m.i.n.d. b.l.o.w.n! have to spend more time there and see much, much more of Japan.
2. French Alps. as a snowboarder, early mornings suffering freezing blizzards on the lifts would pay off with utterly incredible views, landscapes and terrain to enjoy. and the vin chaud/ jager-bombs/ tartiflettes are always winners.
the list goes on, as does this box so i'm stopping here :-)
