About Me

CURRENT MISSION
Three day weekend, every weekend. Adventure and explore.

ABOUT
I love competing, running, swimming, traveling, snowboarding, and weightlifting.
I really like spontaneous road trips and hoing off the beaten path.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host and surf, which hopefully creates good experiences for my hosts and surfers. That way they will have at least one good experience- and one more reason to let someone else surf their couch, or surf someone else's couch. :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Usually more hosting than surfing. Have surfed in New Zealand, Australia, Germany, Romania and Greece.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbed Kilimanjaro, survived off the land in the Amazon rainforest, scuba dove the Great Barrier reef, trekked through the Salar de Uyuni, swam from Europe to Asia, road tripped from the 12 Apostles to Brisbane, bungee jumped at the legendary K bridge in Queenstown, played rugby in Canada, was the only sober person at Oktoberfest, free rock climbed Table Mountain in Cape Town, got attacked by a kangaroo in the OZ, saw the pyramids of Egypt, hiked the Inca Trail, sat on the edge of Victoria falls, went on safari on the Serengeti, got lost in Tuscany, bagged some Monroes in the Highlands of Scotland, made a pilgrimage to Meteora, scaled the city walls of Istanbul, slept on Ipanema beach, witnessed ice calving off of Perito Moreno glacier, hitch-hiked through Sparta, stood atop Kjeragbolten, experienced the Cherry Blossom festival in Japan, jumped off the worlds highest dam, and went to the World's End at Patagonia.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share personal philosophies, some languages, great stories and jokes, and of course teach you how to play the best sport in the world- Rugby.
I would love to learn a language from anyone, hear your great stories or life-philosophies.
