PHILOSOPHY
Translated by Coleman Barks, this beautiful poem of Ibn Arabi, who lived in 12th-13th century and is known as one of the greatest masters of Sufism, speaks of the Philosophy, unfolding in my Life each day some more:
The Love Religion
The inner space inside
that we call the heart
has become many different
living scenes and stories.
A pasture for sleek gazelles,
a monastery for Christian monks,
a temple with Shiva dancing,
a kaaba for piligrimage.
The tablets of Moses are there,
the Qur'an, the Vedas,
the sutras, and the gospels.
Love is the religion in me.
Whichever way love's camel goes,
that way becomes my faith,
the source of beauty, and the light
of sacredness over everything.
ABOUT ME
I am a professional singer, studying Masters of Jazz Singing in Amsterdam Conservatory.
Music is my passion and I want to use my talents and time to help our Planet and all the living beings. My intention is to heal the body, mind and soul of people through the combination of intention, sound and deep-in-meaning words. Through my music i want to inspire people to choose Compassion, Love and Oneness as opposed to Ego ways, and to look for their Real Selves.
I originate from Vilnius, Lithuania, and currently live, study and work in Den Haag / Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
