I have a peaceful life between Sintra, Lisbon and Oeiras. I spend my days in a office, but the rest of the time I like to hike, go out in Lisbon and dance (balfolk and contact-improvisation)
I'm a dad, and that's an important part of my life.
I like healthy food, and i often switch styles (veg-macro-indian-mediterranean-paleo-primal). I bake my bread :)
I like to keep my environment clean and healthy.

I like to improvise my cooking, either around the mediterranean or oriental styles
I've practiced yoga, tai-chi, martial arts, reiki. Though i don't practice much nowadays, it's always nice
I like science and spirituality, world politics, action movies and poetry.
I have some music instruments at home, if you know some of them we may do a jam session!

My house is not inside Lisbon, but some 10 kms away, between Sintra, Lisbon and Oeiras. There is a bus that takes 10 mins to the next train station where you can take the train to Lisboin (20 mins)
