Overview
About Me
Recently I quit my job and decided to go to Australia with a working holiday visa (thirdway crisis? I don't know, but here I am!). I have no big plans other than meeting some nice people, get better at my newest hobby: kitesurfing, test if should change path (I am unsure whether software engineering is my call) and explore one of the most interesting countries I know.
I am a big foodie and love to try food that is different from what I am used to. One of the greatest things about travelling is to try all the weird and delicious food the world has to offer.
I am up for a good talk, go out and see the city or do whatever suits the moment!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Travelling is not just about visiting museums and temples. To me, a big part of it is to meet people, talk with them, see how they live, try the sports/activities that they do and just share knowledge. Couchsurfing is a good opportunity for all that.
Interests
I love to try new things, which means that I tend to change my hobby every few months. I like to stay active and the more recent endeavour I have done are crossfit, slacklining, beach volley, yoga and spikeball.
I like to watch movies, read a book, play the piano and playing board games, but really I am up for anything as long there are others to do it with.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Quit my boring job, to enjoy the summer, learn kitesurfing and going to Australia for a year.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am a quite decent cook and will gladly make a meal or two for you. I will be happy to try to convince you to make the same "weird" habits as I have such as taking cold showers, sleeping without a pillow, dumpster diving, only use barefoot shoes and being a vegan that eats animal products 🤔 I will also be happy not to. I have no grudges on people making other decisions than me.
I can take you out slacklining, show you how to play piano or guitar, teach you how to code, show you some nice board games and have deep conversations with you.
