About Me

CURRENT MISSION
!!! Important: READ THIS !!!
I appreciate the requests I'm getting, but I'm currently traveling in south east Asia until March 10 - 2015. I quit my apartment before I left, and therefore have no home and possibility to host. I wish I had cool friends that I could point you to, but most of them are not into CS. I do urge you to go to Copenhagen, it's one hell of a city

To tell people to slice an apple in 1/8 and delicately put peanut butter on each slice, then eat it and enjoy a DELICIOUS and healthy snack - also good: raspberries filled with peanut butter, or homemade peanut butter & Oreo ice cream. Did I mention I like peanut butter?

To go to Australia and South-east Asia for four months, start the 16th of November. Hopefully I'll meet a lot of interesting people along the way, see a couch or two and get the story of why your curtain are taped in on one side of your window.

ABOUT ME

I'm a 28 year old guy from the northn part of Denmark, aka. Nordjylland (Aalborg). I currently live in Copenhagen where I work in the computer game industry.
By the 16th of november, I be sitting in a plane, with my appartment and job left behind, heading off to Australia for a 3 weeks and then south east Asia for 3 months

I currently live with two friends, and as such will have to pass requests through them, this may cause me to responds a bit slow, but fear not -I'm on it

PHILOSOPHY

I'd rather take a chance, than wonder 'what if?'

On a more personal development base I constantly try to become better/skilled at being a human here in life. Wether it's cooking, running, cutting my own hair, folding my laundry, listening to and helping friends/people, documenting my travels (aka photography) or doing my job, I tend to believe that I should always listen to/take advice from people that are professionals or to put bit simply knows their shit.
For instance I didn't make up the peanut-butter & Oreo ice cream - but a big thanks to the person that suggested it to me.

Generally; Karma

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new on couchsurfing, but I have lend a couch every now and then for a friend or a friend of a friend. From my experience, as a host and surfer, you end up in some of the greatest adventures, when you see a place from a local's perspective. I believe in building a social network all over this interconnected world of ours.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Had my appartment full of people a weekend this (2013 & 2014) for a Copenhagen based festival called 'Distortion'.

Friends of friends has stayed on my couch and I have showed them my prefered sights of Copenhagen

Music, Movies, and Books

For me music makes any tedious task, if not extremely exciting, then at least pretty fun as it (music) allows you to have a party of your own.

I am a sucker for name dropping as I spend a lot of time investigating and keeping up with the newest artists, at least on the electronic scene.
Mainly electronic music (deep house, techno, electro house, house, chill-out, drum'n'bass)
some names: Moderat, Paul Kalkbrenner, Jack Beats, Sascha Braemer, Pendulum, Tycho, Telefon Tel Aviv, Bonobo, Crystal Castles, Nero, Netsky, F.O.O.L, Major Major Lazer,

My real interest into music started with rap and it's newer really left me and re-listening to some of these artist always reminds me of how much I enjoy their music.
Hip-hop/rap: Cunninlynguists, Masta Ace, Gangstarr, The Foreign Exchange, Malk De Koijn,

The above aside I generally like music and think it's a solid way of expressing oneself. So lets not rule eachother out just because we might not agree on genres.

TV: Futurama, Donnie Darko, Memento, Old Boy

Books: Bret Easton Ellis, Tolkien, George R. R. Martin
