I enjoy climbing on rocks, home-brewing, naps on sundays, hammocks, crisp apples, bike tours, euchre, tennis slams, backgammon, blue grass music, national parks, Jack Frost, prAna, Patagonia flannels, and the wisdom of quiet moments.

As mascots go, I have been a Buffalo, Pioneer, Hoya, Spartan, Bronco, Trojan, and Blue Devil.

I participate by spreading the word. Couchsurfing has been a book-end of each of my greatest travels.

I've surfed in the Scottish Highlands and in the Eastern and Western United States. I've hosted surfers from New Zealand to Finland; from Spain to China. My couchsurfing experiences, both hosting and surfing, have been LIFE experiences.
