HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Because of my rooming situation, I generally am not able to host, but would love to meet up with travelers and share my thoughts and favorite places in the city - all that I would appreciate if I were somewhere unfamiliar.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed when I traveled and backpacked in southern China the summer of 2014; it was an immensely rewarding experience.

I love Haruki Murakami (esp. Sputnik Sweetheart), Isabel Allende, Jonathan Franzen, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Vijay Prashad, George Lipsitz, amongst other authors. There are scenes I won't forget from Forrest Gump, Brokeback Mountain, Crash, and American Beauty.
