ABOUT ME

"All about me"?

Smiling, friendly-looking "girl-next-door" look-alike, who talks a lot and bit too fast, too. I like grannys & grandpas, little children and people in general and I feel the world after all quite good place to live.

A restless young woman seeking something all the time, wandering around, dreaming about mysterious foreign people and cultures. And of course, meanwhile I know the eternal truth about impossibility of founding that something via seeking it.

However, as long as I feel this beat in me, I want and I will be curious towards everything, what happens in our Globe.

PHILOSOPHY

More I know about philosophy and the world in general, less I feel myself able to say anything about life and our destiny here on Earth. Sounds corny - yes, I'm - but my balance needs "only" love and care, a bit suspense, some economical security and plenty of room in my mind to dream. I'm more cynical now than three years ago and science breaches my faith in destiny all the time, but there's something I would call mystical left.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

During our Inter Rail on May 2008 my last hesitation towards couchsurfing swept away. Totally awesome personalities hosted me and my friend; our stays consisted of long and interesting discussions, overwhelming hospitality and plenty of irreplacable tips and advises. I'm looking forward both people to visit my place and my next trips and hosts!

Interesses

Every kinds of religious beliefs and practises; especially islam, judaism and paganism and everything spread from these.

Popular tradition; folk beliefs, urban legends, culture of customs and national costumes. My special interest is Lapp-people and Lappish. In the field of popular culture I'm excited about tattoo culture, advertising and media in general.

Litterature; especially poems, photography, movies (I prefer dramas and psychological thrillers), music, needlework, baking and cooking.

Flea Markets, Second-Hand-Stores and things with backgrounds. People with backgrounds, people in general. Nature; sea and the archipelago, groves, wilderness, swamps. Food; especially vegetal food, oriental food traditions and tea. Wooden houses, wooden sailing boats, motorcycles and enclosing phenomena.

Sports as resource for healthy body and mind - I'm especially enthusiastic about yoga, riding horses, bicycling and lang walks.

In my "things to do before you die" - list first places are occupied with crossing an ocean by sailing ship and riding a horse some long-distance trip.

Living along the beat of this world and today, feeling it, experiencing it, expressing it.
