Former musician, learning how to be an adult. Love travelling and meeting new people, seeing new places. Want to travel as much as possible. Hopefully will cover most of Europe soon. Always the "responsible one". Trying to make my husband fall in love with travel as much as I love it.
Believe in learning new things all the time, that any knowledge, no matter how absurd it seems, at one point in life or another becomes useful.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

On my last trip to Berlin my friends were staying at 2 different houses during our week there and besides all the fun we had together, definitely enjoyed their time with hosts as well. Unlike me staying in a boring hotel. Decided to give it a try.

Music, Movies, and Books

I grew up on classic rock music, singing parts of Jesus Christ Superstar at the age of 2, went through hard rock, pop-punk stage, alternative rock, had a band. Now learned to appreciate all kinds of music, as long as the quality is high.
As for books, trying to keep up with "must -read classics" my mother keeps reminding me about, other times I stick to science fiction and adventure stories and detectives.
Love movies, any genre depending on the mood: from serious classics of the previous century, to cheap-stupid comedies of last year.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Took a 26 hour bus trip to Istanbul to attend Roger Waters - The Wall live (and 26 hour way back); Was working on music festivals when had no money to buy tickets; Proud to be a part of charity organization back in student days .
