Hi!

I am Ruslan and I am 33 years old. I am currently traveling through the Southern States. I have just joined Couchsurfing. I am a full-time worker in the Health Care insurance company that likes to take advantage of the time off from work to travel. I work and live in New York City. I have lived in Australia, Hong Kong, China and now I reside in the United States, and have traveled to many places around the world. I am relaxed, funny, and love to tell stories and hear them, especially from other cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling and I love meeting people from all over the world. So I thought to myself why not try Couchsurfing. If possible I would like to host some interesting people (unfortunately my place is small and I rent my room). I know a lot about Russia, Australia, China, and other tourist spots and would be happy to give everyone tips on where to go and what to do, to share my travels and experiences overseas. I hope we can stay with a lot of Couch-surfers on the way and to meet interesting people who share the same interests and hobbies.

Interests

I love to read everything from autobiographies, about history self-education. don't really have a favorite movie. but I like watching Netflix after work. And I am obsessed with Game of Thrones. I would love to learn new languages.

I lived and worked overseas on my own since I was 23 up until now and enjoying every moment of it.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love languages and would like to learn Spanish. Unfortunately, the full-time job and a busy lifestyle do not permit me to concentrate on it fully. I can also teach you some basic Russian or Chinese if you are interested.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my kindness, open-mindedness, friendship and be a great storyteller about my adventures in Asia and the Western world. I hope we become friends and hang out again soon.
