I love being outdoors and spending time in Nature and meeting people from different cultures around the world. I like to cook fresh foods and veggies but also can appreciate a good peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I stay active on a bicycle, jogging, stretching, or a nice swim in a natural body of water. I always leave places better than how I find them.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really enjoy live man made drums mixed with indigenous instruments and some didgeridoo. It really awakens freedom for me and a deep desire to channel creative dance movement. I don’t watch a lot of TV or movies but I do enjoy an older classic here and there. One of my favorites is The Gods Must be Crazy which is timeless and good comedy classics like Dumb & Dumber. I am Currently reading some personal development material designed to spark creativity and help develop writing habits it’s called the Artist’s Way.
