COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have experience of both hosting and being hosted. I'm also getting into using CS as a means to meet new people here in Taiwan.

I have a very varied taste in movies, music and books. I like movies from genres including science fiction/fantasy (Isaac Asimov, Elizabeth Moon, Ringworld, Terry Pratchett), action adventures(e.g. Batman Begins, The Dark Knight), romance (Bridget Jones diary, prefer the books to the film), historical (Jane Austen, the books and the films). I had such a large collection of books, but I've had to give a lot of them away in preparation for travelling, though my parents were able to rescue quite a lot of them so I'm very thankful! Music wise I tend to like all kinds, from pop, rock, indy, ambient, classical...
