Hey!
I'm a creative industries student from Lithuania, currently taking a year off and trying to make it memorable! Therefore I'm going to spend this winter in the US, starting with Chicago, IL, stopping at Nashville, TN, and staying in New Mexico for the rest of my trip.
A fun fact - I'm doing it all with my first ever CS host, whom I met a few months ago. We made some great memories and now decided to go on an adventure together. It's amazing what kind of connections you can make when you expect the least 😊 Just be open!

I'm working a lot on my bias and awareness on everything that's going on in the world - issues, conflicts, and not just go along with what media pushes us to know and believe. I see a lot of hatred in society based on lack of unawareness and intolerance, putting labels on people by their nationality, religion, looks, beliefs etc., which really I think is so wrong, so I'm doing my best to be open and caring, and encourage others to see through those labels and look for connections, friendships and ideas instead.

At the same time, recently I've been trying to refocus my mind to what and who is important from the barriers that my mind and people around me create. I feel like we are often stuck thinking what is right, what others expect from you, what others think...and just forget to enjoy life. As long as you know your own truth and values, all choices and decisions will just follow that. Mine are honesty, responsibility, hard work, open-mindedness. Don't be afraid to make changes! Search for happiness! Spread smile and love! 🎈❤️😊 That's mainly why I chose to leave everything behind this year and go for an adventure!

Great tool to make traveling more fun! I feel like meeting new people always opens new horizons for exploring, questioning and understanding, and that is one of the main ways to grow as a person. I'm open for all kinds of discussions, culture, beliefs and experiences.
