Overview
About Me
Namaste,
I have a kind of a gipsy live. Since 2006 I don t spend more than six months in the same place, sometimes some country or town but never in the same house. I must confess that I never planned to have this kind of life, just happened.... i follow my heart and even though I plan my next step I always end doing something else 😊
I began practicing Yoga in 2009, in my first visit to India and that travel was the start of a life changing for me. Also because of my nomadic life i started to understand that happiness doesn't depend on outward conditions: "It isn’t where you are, what you have or what you do that makes you happy or unhappy. The way we perceive the world is largely dependent on our inner state of mind".
A deeply inner transformation started that changed the path of my life for good.
The following year I returned to India and undertook a Yoga teacher training course in order to further my understanding of Yoga philosophy. This exploration allowed me to start healing my heart and changing my lifestyle to a more mindful and internal journey of self reflection and exploration.
Because my Life start to be deeply and benignly affected by this change, in 2012, I decides to embark on a spiritual journey, and I flew back to India.
It turns to be the beginning of an intense inward odyssey.
The rest of the story I prefer to tell personally 😊
I am currently living in Bissau, since November and will leave very soon, April or May
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The reason for me to be in couchsurfing is to get to know people from all over the world and get to know their culture. I never have a house on my own so is difficult for me to provide accommodation .... hopefully one day, when the Universe decides that is the moment for me to settle down I can do that.
