About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Where next?

ABOUT ME

Hey, I'm Ruth-Anne or Roo (never Ruth, please).

Just in Nelson for a couple of nights and keen to go out. I'm a local, but haven't lived here in ages. Most of this profile is old, but I like it.

Not currently able to host.

PHILOSOPHY

"While travelling, a new destination would seem more desirable to you than wherever you were, right up to the moment you got there and found that your dissatisfaction had followed you: the mirage had shifted to the next stop over point. Yet your preceding stops would become more attractive as you got further away from them. For you, the past would be forever improving, the furture would draw you forward, but the present would weigh you down."

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Most of my most precious moments have been when people quietly share something with me.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd like to learn some new ideas! Film and book recommendations are always welcome. I'd love it if someone could teach me what it is that I am supposed to teach... I'd love to know what I have to give the world.
