Hi there!

Some people will call me a Sporty Spice but for all things matter; I like to be active, wherever I go. I'm in for new experiences, both on citytrips but as rural as it can get as well.
I like to hike, bike; both race as ATB, skate and whatever what gives me a free feeling. I'd just put running up to my to-do-list but that seems not to be an easy goal but still going strong.
I still have a bucketlist to accomplish but one must dream, right? And I fairly hope I'll never stop dreaming.
I'm fond of different cultures, habits and all that and I'm crazy about food and crazy enough to try things other people won't possibly do.
I'm open-minded, have a fair interest in people all over the world and a true (internet) activist on whatever matters to me; human rights, refugees, environment, fair food and so on..
I've been to many places and countries all over the world, doing round- and roadtrips, as well by car, train and hitchhiking and all low-(to very-low)budget-style and I like to WOOFF or go camping for whatever need is there.
A few items on my bucketlist are still there to conquer; the Coast-to-Coast walk or bikepath, North Sea Cycle Route, TransSyberia and TransMongolia Express and hiking troughout the UK, Croatia, Andalusia as well as do some adventurous mountainbiketrails.
Oh, and because I've started running; a Mudrace or Trailrun somewhere in a nice scenery will do as well.

To enjoy life to the fullest, meeting other people, other cultures, gaining new interests either skills, loose some of the old habits. As well in for a sweet drink on a hot spot or a deep conversation on the couch with a cuppa.
Having the ability to a chance of sightseeing with the locals, this could be as cultural as sportivities as it can get.

Interessen

I've got quite a variety of interests and expanding it, if it's up to me. Never to old to learn, never to old to loose some of the oddities we'd think of it as it was the thruth and nothing but is, I'd like to think.
Interests in psychology, human behaviour, people in general. Discussions over a good glas of wine or beers and celebrate life and different lifestyles, opinions and always open for new ones.
Recently gained interest in Buddhism, Mindfullness and other Slow Down the Madness of a Average Life activities, because of a serious need for a fulfilment of my own life and it's down- and upwards paths.
Like to live my life on a somewhat slow base, embracing the thought of a self-sufficient lifestyle and therefore the skills needed to furfill that thought and need.
Like to cycle, either hike or just an ordinairy roadtrip the world around, making pics or vids while doing it.
Enjoying bunfires, camping in rural areas, organic gardening, animal lover, the so called oddities of human and their passions and good life in general.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I can either dance my socks off over bands like Faithless, Underworld or whatever dancetune there is and there's always time to shed a tear for music in the Singer-Songwriter genre, such as Damian Rice, Ane Brun, Ray Lamontagne and many, many others not so well known as the above mentioned. I am very fond of worldmusic as well, such as Fado, Flamenco, Klezmer.. and ... and.

Nowadays I like to read the books of "Lucia Rijker - Bokser en Buddhist' and 'Running Buddha' by Sakyong Mipham.
