Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As a tourist you often miss the daily and busy beauty of a country just because you're simply not a part of it. By being able to stay in someone's home I hope to learn more about a culture and everyday life, which staying in a hotel or hostel can't really offer you. I'm excited to talk to people about their hometowns and why they chose to stay or move there, what they love about the people, the food and the atmosphere.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a huuge bookworm, so it's impossible for me to pick a favourite book, but currently I'd probably recommend "The Huntress" by Kate Quinn. Musicwise I enjoy quite a variety of different singers e.g. on one hand I've always been an ABBA fan but on the other hand I love Cloudy June who I'd describe as a feminist indie rock singer! In general just everything you can sing along and dance to!!
