Overview
About Me
I am an open-minded, thoughtful person who loves to have lighthearted moments as well as deep conversations. Usually I have a lot of energy in the morning and love to get up rather early. But don't be shocked: I might prepare a delicious breakfast for you, if you are rather the marmot type! ;) However, you will have to miss the sausages on the breakfast table: I do not eat meat.
When exploring new places, I don't like to plan a lot, so that there is enough space for finding the little, surprising things in life which make me happy. When you host me, I won't expect you to give me an overall sightseeing tour, but maybe you could show me your personal favourites?
...makes me happy:
west wind, sunrise, sleeping on my balcony, openairs, living all the crazy ideas springing to my mind, travelling, music, my hammock (without wooden bars!!), drawing + painting... being creative in general, having a flower vase at my bike
...most important stuff in my handbag:
soap bubbles, glitter, sketchbook and pencil
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Meeting people living at the place you visit always gives you a much better insight than the person at the hotel desk ever could offer! Besides, I think travelling should be possible without spendig a lot of money, because it should not be luxury but foundation for understanding the world a little bit more ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was 7, I fell off the hammock and broke my arm. Meanwhile I am reconciled with hammocks again, but I still have problems with the ones having these wooden bars on both ends...
