About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Introspection and Listening to my Heart
ABOUT ME
Compassionate, humourous, open, mostly vegetarian, happiest while on the road or surrounded by nature; people and book person, and endless wanderer, a gypsy!
My travels from 2002-2009 were with my partner of that time, Ron. That's why the References are in the plural. We decided to go our separate ways in May 2009, and wish each other joyful journeys.
PHILOSOPHY
Life is either a daring adventure or nothing (Helen Keller).
I live and share my life with an open heart. Wazi Moyo.
I believe in the good of all people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
With increasing enthusiasm I tell travellers I meet about my positive couch surfing experiences, and urge them to participate as guests and as hosts.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
A spontaneous invitation from a lovely Sikh woman in Sabah, Malaysia, resulted in a few days as a family member - all unexpected! She showed me the new Sikh temple and insisted on washing and ironing my travelling clothes - I thought the shock might cause them to fall apart!
Interests
Spiritual growth and riding on the back of big motorcycles. Travel and getting to know people of differing cultures, especially those with open hearts. Middle Eastern, Indian food, and more. Photography, gardening, reading, thought provoking conversation. Camel treks. Dancing. Hiking.
