About Me
I study International Business and Sustainability in Hamburg, Germany.
when I was 15 I went on a one year student exchange to Thailand. The amazing experiences I made there quickly made me want to see more of the world, so I spend another year in a host family in India, working for a small NGO in women empowerment. During my studies I got the chance to live in Yogyakarta, Indonesia and Yangon, Myanmar. Both places and their incredible heritage still inspire me today.
I'd like to give some of the hospitality I received there to other travellers.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like the spirit of adventure couchsurfers tend to have, not knowing where you're going to sleep tonight.. I think its a great community to get to know people and share the motto I learned to love in India: sharing is caring!
The main reason for me to step out of my front door and go on a trip is food. I know there's much more out there to explore; vibrant cultures, music, lovely people... but in the end good food never fails to make you happy!
