Hi!
I am a 19-year-old guy living in the UK, wanting to travel the world more. I went on a six month trip through South America at the start of 2018, and at the moment I am planning to make a documentary about Longyearbyen, Svalbard.
I have just dropped out of university. As hard as it was to leave all the friends I had made, things like the course, city, and university life, in general, were all things that made me realise I didn't really want to be there. I am hoping that I can make travel and wildlife films independently, as it will give me more freedom creatively :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think that spending money on a nice hostel or hotel is great when you are in a couple or with a group of friends, but as a solo traveller, I want to meet more people and listen to their stories.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all sorts of music, but my favourite artists are Bowie, Paul Simon, A Tribe Called Quest, Metronomy, Unknown Mortal Orchestra. The list goes on! My favourite film is The Lord of the Rings: Return of the King (what a cliche). I am a massive Harry Potter fan, but my favourite book is Lord of the Flies by William Goulding.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The best day of my life was the day I hiked to Laguna de Los Tres, at the base of Mt. Fitz Roy, near El Chalten in Argentina.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A terrible sense of humour. I make a pretty fantastic curry (if I do say so myself). Fun stories. My company. A nice chat.
