I'm from a lovely little island in the south, New Zealand. I love to explore new places and meet new people who like to chat over a cup of tea or a glass of red. 26 years old. Happy, friendly, chilled out. Been travelling since January '15.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have met many fellow Couchsurfers on my travels, and have discovered that the world is actually full of lovely people who just want to help each other out. I haven't had the chance to host anyone yet as I'm still travelling! But hoping for some awesome surfing experiences soon :)

Interests

Music, movies, good TV (breaking bad, arrested development, broad city, many things in between).
Food (vege).
Good chats with nice people over a cup of tea or glass of wine.
Animals, especially cats.
Books, exploring, sea creatures, art, the beach, nature, going to gigs and festivals, just having fun in the sunshine.
Yoga.
Dancing to Beyonce and T. Swift (if you'll do this with me I think we will be great friends).

So many to choose from! Indie movies and music for the most part with some exceptions. On the subject of books, anything with a good storyline, good writing, something to get you sucked in. Stories about people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swimming with a pod of dolphins in NZ and then whale sharks in Mexico!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can help you practice English, and I'd love to learn your language! I speak some Spanish and would like to practice that. Also interested in learning French, Italian and German. I like cooking so can share some delicious vegetarian recipes with you and cook you a few meals!
