About Me

Hello) I'm a funny girl Tanya, active and easy-going; always ready to go to the end of the world. I'm a process engineer at a pharmaceutical company and at the same time a student. I live in a small town Lida. I like beer and cycling. Most of all I like to ride a bicycle on summer nights in countryside, where the lights aren't on and the stars are clearly seen, and watch the starfall until morning. I like reading, especially poetry, and I often read it till the morning. And I like to travel. I'm interested in getting acquainted with interesting people, their traditions and culture, music, cuisine. I like to hear people speaking in an incomprehensible language, to see differences and to find something in common. All the unknown things beckon me. Someday I want to learn Serbian, spend a lot of time in the Balkans, in Bavaria, to visit Portugal, Japan and Romania... And I want to write my own book :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I slept alone in a tent in forests during thunderstorm. Twice. And I was very scared. Once I walked 10 km at night through fields and groves. It was an unfamiliar deserted place and there were no lights on. Towns and villages were far away. There was only fog and moonlight around. It was exciting and very scaring. I like to overcome my fear.
