I from a very small town. Your average everybody knows everybody kind of town. I pretty much get along with all types of people I am a secular humanist who loves learning how others see the world. I'm shy but being from the southern US I'm very polite and courteous. I joined this site because I love the ideals behind it. I can visit the places I've always dreamed of going and meet locals who, out of pure kindness, open their doors and show me just what their city has to offer. I'm honestly looking to make a life long friendship with people all over the world

MY PHILOSOPHY

I suppose many would label me as an athiest. But I don't believe it really matters. I don't think that things happen for a reason. I think that things just happen, and I think that it is up to me to learn as much as possible from the things that do happen. So, it is up to me to decide what kind of a person I want to be, to work towards a better me, and to find the lesson, and the good in the people and world around me. I am a strong empathetic. I believe that in order to be truly happy I have treat myself, others, and the world with love, and respect. I believe the needs of others out way my wants as an individual. I strive for knowledge, and learning as much as possible in this life. Because I know that there is no second chance after this life, and so I want to live fully in the here and the now and to do the best that I can to find my own heaven here and now. I still have a lot to learn. I need to learn how to treat myself with the same love and kindness in which I treat others, to not get so carried away with moments of negativity. I just feel extremely aware that time is short, and that I need to make the most of that time by helping others and hopefully to make the world a better place by being the absolute best I can be.

My whole life I've dreamed of traveling the world seeing a world much bigger then myself. But coming from a struggling middle class family traveling is hard to do with my budget. Honestly though the few times I've travelled my biggest problem with the experience is the lack of a connection or inside knowledge of the city. You spend countless hours walking around searching for the best spots around town and waste a huge chunck of your time in between. That's why this site appeals to me I can travel the world and meet tons of amazing people to show me all there city has to offer.

Movies are my weakness. I prefer movies with a complex plot but love the classics as well

I march a none profit independent winter guard bassed on the needs of students wanting to March but due to budget cuts in the arts department there schools program was cancelled. I was a charter member and we even made it to regional championships our 1st year out
