I'm a student attending the University of Wisconsin Madison in the US. Currently, I'm experiencing the world by studying abroad at BME in Budapest, Hungary. I love traveling the world and meeting new people and enjoying different cultures, my goal is to feel like a global citizen versus just a US citizen; and make some life long friends across the globe.

Trying to make the world a cleaner and healthier place as an Environmental Engineer. Designing green and efficient cities is my interest, allowing humans to live in closer harmony with their environment, instead of sucking the life out of it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling around Europe is expensive, even with AirBnb and hostels. Also, I think Couchsurfing allows me to meet local people and truly experience a city and its culture. It's easy to be lost in the same tourist traps as everyone else, and I want to make the most of my travels.
