About Me

I am a recent grad from UCSD still living in San Diego working in the biotech industry and doing some stuff with physical therapy. I love anything outdoors and have a little experience in most stuff and am always looking and willing to pick up something new. I really care about living a healthy life with working out and eating healthy while not letting that get in the way of fun and new experiences.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've lived in California my whole life and visited some areas outside California and really enjoyed the different people and areas and would like the opportunity to get out there and see more. Couchsurfing looks like a great opportunity to see different areas from the locals perspectives.

Interests

Anything outdoors including currently surfing, mountain and road bike riding, rock climbing, occasion wood working, kayaks, snorkeling, fishing, hiking, and camping. I also enjoy exploring great local restaurants, breweries, and the nightlife. I really enjoy helping people and trying to look to improve and help others lives

Music, Movies, and Books

I mostly listen to country music but enjoy all other types just don't know as much about them. Comedy movies have to be my favorite but I also like my action movies every once in a while. My favorite books to read have to be stories of great people in the past, something involving nature, or a good old classical must read.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My most amazing moment to date, always looking to top it, was my short trip to yosemite. I decided last minute to join my friends who were camping in yosemite for one night so we didn't have much time and weren't able to do half dome, on my list to do this July, but we did the upper yosemite falls hike and just seeing the views of the valley was like nothing else I've seen before on other smaller hikes I've done. To top it off we went up and relaxing within one of the pools on top of the falls before making the hike down.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm no expert but can help with surfing, biking, rock climbing, snorkeling or any other weird hobby I've tried out a couple times.
If you have a cool hobbies or skills I am always interested in learning new things. With how much stuff is out there I'm always trying to learn new things.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Any new place I hear of being a outdoor activity spot or a resturant/bar I like to check out and see how it is so Im free to share my favorites and always looking to hear others or join them in their exploring.
