I like to keep life simple and am very adventurous. I am backpacking New Zealand from the end of January through the end of April. I am excited for my first NZ experience and meeting locals and fellow travellers! Back home I am a Safety Engineer and novice day trader.

Please note I have bad allergies to cats. But I love dogs, woof woof, so if you have a dog or dogs that would be a plus as I will be missing mine.

Im a millennial, I grew up in the 90's my favorite music is from the 90's. I also enjoy learning of new music and listening to local bands/musicians. I recently went to a Rod Tuff curls and the Bench Press show they were interesting and have some stuff on YouTube. I have also been know to be a huge EDM fan.

I can teach you how to fish (although I will be attempting fly fishing for the first time in NZ). I am interested in learn about NZ's wildlife, geography, social structure, nightlife, rugby and NZ economy. I can share my experiences from back in Wisconsin. We like beer, cheese, Johnsonville brats, football, and the outdoors.

I can cook and I promise I don't stick to the recipe, ever. I like to experiment with new things, especially food. I am also very clean and respectful, but also like to have fun. Although I am on couchsurfing I don't want to sit on your couch bored so I trust you would complement my agenda for adventure.
