About Me

I'm 22, a student of languages with a passion for travelling as often as possible to as many places as possible :)
Very passionate about fine art, photography, fashion, literature and all things creative!

I love meeting new people and having cool conversations! I'm pretty relaxed about most things, I like to get to understand the opinions people have on topics and always think I can learn so much from just one person and one conversation.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Originally, because I was new to Cologne and wanted to meet new people, but now I'm starting to travel a bit more and I really wanna make use of my time in Germany to get to know new people and have new experiences!

Interests

I basically have a very (very) broad scope of interests haha sometimes I never know what to do or what I like because I tend to like almost everything and I get overwhelmed, buuuuut I mostly like anything to do with art/history/a few good beers and chilling out with nice people!

  • arts

  • fashion

Music, Movies, and Books

In terms of my music taste I like (almost) everything, but I have a tendency towards music with electric vibes and deep lyrics that I can relate to. Example are Jack Garratt and Sylvan Esso (my current obsessions, this will probably change next week haha!) But really anything depending on the vibe and mood I'm in! I always like finding out what other are into because everyone has that one special artist they listen to!

Books, it's mostly literature, some favs are: The Invisible Man, Anna Karenina, Biedermann und die Brandstifter, Das Versprechen, Schiller Goethe Voltaire Heinrich von Kleist, Machado, Lorca, Plath.. the list goes on haha

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Moving and studying in Spain for a year .... and now Germany! I love living abroad and it's taught (and teaching) me so much about myself. I'm mostly happy about all the lovely different people I've met so far. You can meet and be changed by people in life so quickly and dramatically, it amazes me!

Also adapting to two new cultures and languages in two years was a challenge but so much fun! :)
