Overview
About Me
I'm a guy that likes travelling cheaply, and meeting local people that can share the true experience of the local culture. I share my 1 BR apartment (plus sleeper sofa) in Harlem with my Australian Cattle Dog Cassie. I also love meeting new people and sharing stories. I love people and welcome the opportunity to make a difference in someone else's life. If that means sharing my space with you, then I'm happy to do it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I first learned about couchsurfing on reddit years ago. I actually joined couchsurfing.com to help a friend find a place to stay when they suddenly found themselves without a roof over their head. They were anxious about staying with strangers but I assured them that it is a venerable community of good people. Now, I'm putting my money where my mouth is and making myself available to host. :)
Interests
If you surf with me, I'll invite you out into the city if you're interested. Or if you'd rather stay in, I have Netflix and video games. If you'd like some peace and quiet, I can do that too!
