Live in as many places as possible and learn as much as I can. I hope to live in several different countries long enough to thoroughly learn the language.

ABOUT ME

I grew up in a small town in western Massachusetts. Went to college for electrical engineering and promptly used my degree to get me a job outside the US. I just finished teaching English in Thailand. Boy are those kids a handful, but I love them.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm currently traveling around Southeast Asia with my girlfriend. I use Couchsurfing to meet great people in all the towns we happen upon along the way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed in England and Iceland the summer of 2012 and had a wonderful experience. Just met up with two people in Vietnam and have to say, hospitality is everywhere.

Interests

Hiking, skiing, longboarding, any sport, being outside, swimming, music, language, audio systems, dancing, spending time with friends, always learning.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love just about all music and reading is my flaw, I could spend hours reading. I listen to all types of music and love new music.

I have a taste for psychological thrillers when choosing movies. Anything that makes me think.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Staring off the top of half-dome in Yosemite National Park. The hike was the longest I've ever done and totally worth it. I was on top of the world!
