I spend my days outside. I brew beer, I ride bikes, and I bake bread. I like to read, I like to climb, and I am an expert at primitive fire craft. Most of all I am a kind person with a good balance of character.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have opened up my couch and kitchen to a number of travelers, but I have yet to surf on anyone else's couch.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Everyone I have met so far has been enjoyable to host, though our schedules haven't allowed for much interaction beyond a quick chat in the evening.

Interests

I enjoy most outdoor pursuits. My typical time off involves climbing, running, biking, and cooking. When traveling I like to check out museums and I prefer to explore a city by walking.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once spent an unexpected night on the side of Mt. Whitney. At 14,000' the clouds cleared in the middle of the night and I was able to look down over the entire range of the Sierras as they were lit up by a full moon.
