ABOUT ME

I love music, the outdoors and socialising, and spend as much time as I can travelling!

My favourite travelling experience was in India doing volunteer work, and then travelling mostly by train to experience as much as I could.

I've lived in Germany for the past 18 months travelling as much as possible and am really lucky to be in such a central location! My passion is mountain sports so any free weekend I have the alps call to me, as well as travelling further afield in Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic etc..

PHILOSOPHY

Don't be scared to try something new, don't be barred by traditional ideas of who you should or shouldn't be, and make the most of your time in this world, in whatever ways you enjoy most.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I really want to meet new friends and enjoy as many couchsurfing experiences as possible! I'm happy to host surfers and surf myself when my plans aren't so chaotic ;) , but also meetings and parties and hope to meet lots of new people this way :)

Made new friends at socials in Manchester and also abroad, no surfing/hosting experience...yet!

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a rock music fan at heart - love Aerosmith, Guns n Roses, System of a Down, Deftones - to name a few. I have the most eclectic music taste of anyone I know and also love hip hop, dance/electro/dubstep (love a bit of Knife Party and Skrillex!), blues/jazz, classical.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Niagara Falls was something spectacular, and New York City blew my mind! I also really understand now why they call it "Incredible India". Many stand out, but driving from my home in Cologne to see the Austrian Alps, Dolomites, Venice, Lake Garda, and over Europe's highest mountain pass to the Bavarian Alps and Schloss Neuschwanstein was....awesome!
