CURRENT MISSION

I am hoping to take a year off of work and travel some time in the near future, so I'd like to meet people from all around the world and build some good couch surfing karma now.

ABOUT ME

I am an easygoing jeans and t-shirt guy. I would rather hang out in a dive bar than go to a club. I enjoy stimulating conversation. I am not a Democrat. Nor am I a Republican. You can be either or neither, it doesn't preclude you from being my friend. I like to make people laugh. I like going on adventures. And I like meeting new people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a sucker for any zombie, post-apocalyptic, end of the world type movies. My reading list is pretty broad; everything from Harry Potter and The Hunger Games, to Atlas Shrugged and everything ever written by Michael Lewis.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I saw a humpback whale do a full breach off the coast of Alaska in the summer of 2011. It gave me a sense of wonderment that I had not felt since I was a child.
