I grew up in Australia but lived in France for a year as a 10 year old and lived in Dublin for a year in 2012.

I just quit my job in Finance to take up chef training in Paris.

Techno would have to be the music I listen to most... I am a sucker for real, deep and interesting electronic music though I used to play guitar and sing so I love a nice folk melody.
Movies... well anything that has my head twisting throughout
Books - Was a lover of fantasy for a long time but have made my way towards more dark yet humorous stories of human survival

I was fortunate enough to study philosophy for a year in Dublin and I still have all of those old Greek men barking ideas in my head every now and then... So I always love to discuss these things with people.
I am in the process of perfecting my french as well as learning some basic German, so would be delighted to be taught some more of these languages.
