ABOUT ME
Most would probably say I am laid back and fun. I am a good listener and enjoy learning about others (one of the most important things in my opinion). Hopefully some would say I am funny, but it could just be politeness
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I find it easier to find locals willing to take some time to acclimate a traveler to the local customs. There is no better way to get to know a place and it's people than with a gracious host.
Interests
A bit of a tech and game geek at heart. Of course I also enjoy the simple things like hiking mountains or reading a book as well. Also very view things better than striking up an engaging conversation with someone you just met. Love to talk and listen

Music, Movies, and Books
Recently found my copy of "The Alchemist" again. Working on getting through the Farseer Trilogy right now. Any Cohen brothers movies I have seen have been fantastic. Chiptune and electro swing is great, but most listening time is dedicated to podcasts
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The first moment would probably be when I realized I was teaching 800 students English a week with no previous experience. The fact that the other teachers wanted me to come back leads me to believe I at least did somewhat of a good job. The second would have to be when I first started traveling and instantly meeting dozens of people, all whom were open, friendly and trusting. It seemed travelers were the type of people I always wanted to meet back home
Teach, Learn, Share
Working on learning python in the little bit of spare time I get. Hoping to get deeper into photography. Can teach and recommend some board games, as I have helped a friend with his local board game shop. Always willing to share any stories, advice or philosophical ramblings I can think of
What I Can Share with Hosts
Cook, clean, camaraderie, or collusion. I can help out in any way I can
