About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel to every province and major city within Spain.

ABOUT ME

Every year, I have learned more and more about the importance of appreciating life and taking every opportunity with a positive attitude. Life is short and I find that the more experiences we open ourselves up to, the better we feel. Among my friends, I am always the one that is ready for an adventure, encouraging plans, ready to go out, and looking to stay busy. My vision of the perfect day is not sitting around in my room on a computer, rather I love meeting up with friends throughout the day, exploring, and enjoying whatever opportunities come my way.

PHILOSOPHY

Live every day like it's your last but hope for many more to come.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Never had a CouchSurfing experience yet!

Interests

I am a flamenco dancer who recently received a Fulbright grant to study the intersections of gender within flamenco dance. My time is usually spent training to be a professional dancer but I also enjoy meeting up with friends, going out, visiting museums, cooking/baking, and traveling.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: The Goonies. Volver. Eat, Pray, Love. PS I Love You. Broken Hearts Club. 500 Days of Summer. Funny Girl. Devil Wears Prada. Hocus Pocus.

Music: Flamenco. American Pop. Classical. World Music. Motown.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1) Taking a week-long road trip across the south of France with my friends (sleeping in the car, eating on the go, and seeing as much as possible). 2) Partaking in Sevilla's Spring Fair for all five days. Constant dancing, drinking, and friends all in the name of tradition. 3) Stumbling upon the lower level (closed off, typically) of the second biggest mosque in the world with my friend. Dark lit, oasis-like fountains, and skylights scattered across the ceiling.

Countries I’ve Visited

Ecuador, France, Ireland, Italy, Morocco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, United States
