ABOUT ME

I am 27, I have spent 4 years working on drilling rigs. I have spent an equal amount of time in school.
I wish I was a bookworm so school would be easier, but I enjoy other things more than making straight A's. If I could have both, I would, but I can't, so I won't.
I do not like stereotypes, I do not like assumptions. WIth that being said I am a very diverse individual. I hesitate with opening up to people because the world is not as kind as we all would like to think.
Most use this term loosely, but I believe I am in the rare 1% who can say I am VERY lucky to be a free man, much less to be alive.
I have strong opinions, but I am very open & tolerant to others'.

Smiling is the most common form of deceit. But at the same time can transform someones day.
My eyes will tell you everything you want to know.

PHILOSOPHY

All people are strange at heart. But let social pressures inhibit who they are.
I can honestly get along with anyone 1 on 1. But I highly dislike how people start acting in a group environment. It is very disheartening. I wish people would just act with their hearts & not their minds.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like almost all movies & music. Honestly, as long as I respect/like the quality of it, I like it. Music- old rock & roll(50's/60's), Motown, CLassic rock, Funk, Blues, Grunge, Alternative, Pop, Rap, anything that sounds good. Favorites... Chuck Berry, Jerry lee lewis, smokey robinson, tom petty, Cameo, George clinton, kool & the gang, red hot chili peppers, Outkast, Juvenile.
Movies, I like any semi well written movie. My favorite is probably Antwone Fisher, it's a tear jerker.....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Probably saved a little girls life from drowning on a white water raft trip.
Personally escaped probable death NUMEROUS times.

Teach, Learn, Share

Lessons are best learned through failure, if you believe in failure. It is almost futile to try and teach someone a lesson. I would rather think of everything as sharing. Teacher- student relationship is flawed. I would rather be equal to everyone. Which is something I believe strongly in, no one is better than anyone else.
