My name is Ryan Pollard, I am a 20 year old born on the Gold Coast, Australia, but raised around the world. I am fortunate enough to be brought up in a curious family, whose idea of fun was getting lost in counties they couldn't pronounce and where no-one knew your name. This curiosity has lead me to forge my own path across the world.
For the past two years, I've served in the Australian Defence Force as a Combat Engineer. Through this experience I've learnt many skills, and even more about myself. Before joining the army, I was a manager at a cafe on the Gold Coast; I found it easy to be passionate about this job as I have a pure love of talking with new people and exchanging knowledge and experiences. My passion for building connections with new people drives me to seek adventure by helping others across the globe in an any way I can!
